premises 2-exercise 2

Premise

1- because the police suspect of a boy who may be was drunk, they should stop him  before he made any accidents or trouble.

2- because the large number of accident with this kind of cars while negotiating a sharp curve, the manufacturer has a responsibility.

3-because the boy driving out at 4 am on a school night and her mother doesn't ask about him.

Therefore, I recommend to the judge that the police are not guilty ,but the manufacturer are guilty and the verdict should be 500,000 to mother.

  3. I think that you have good premises, but i don't see how you got your conclusion, and i don't agree its the manufacture fault, because this kind of accident can happen with any car at a sharp turn.

  4. mother doesn't deserve this 500,000 her responsibility to give her son a car with no manufacturing problems and if she did she has to warn her son about the problem.
